I take on board your recommendation regarding Microsoft Teams, but at times you also need Zoom if someone outside of work is running a webinar.

Yet Microsoft hasn't produced a definitive answer! The initial advice seemed rather complicated - fortunately, I first read through many responses to it, and it appears to cause problems rather than solving the original one. The main recommendation on the second link led me to the conclusion that I should contact the manufacturers before any further attempted solutions.

Thanks for that - I was able to download the Zoom client! My problem now is how to activate the Camera for Zoom - How do I do that? I suspect I should limit it to Zoom only?
